Another Set of Reasons for Grown Women to Stop Buying Club Clothes at Forever 21

The retired sequined halter that you've been meaning to donate to Goodwill may have an ugly past.

Bloomberg Businessweek reports that instead of minimum wage, some seamstresses in L.A. factories that supply goods to Forever 21 are only receiving about 12 cents per sewn item.
