Late last year, I mentioned my romantic dramedy screenplay. I'm overjoyed to report that it's now a FINALIST in the national Screenplay Festival contest!!!

Your prayers and well wishes are requested as I await the announcement of the Grand Prize winners, which will take place later this month.
Okay--had 2 sec. of an ugly cry as I wrote the last sentence. You don't know how LONG I worked on that script, and to have it validated in this manner, as a first-time screenwriter, is nothing but Jesus. Thank you, Lord!!!
Additional thanks to my BFF for her encouragement throughout this process, and also for giving me her honest opinion on the heroine's romance!
